A Note From Claire
Taking the step to seek therapy for yourself or a child is a brave and important step to growing and improving your wellbeing. Life is often unpredictable and can create obstacles that make us unsure how we can best help ourselves and our children.

I work best with children and the teamwork of their grown ups, to create as much support as possible. As a school counselor, I have supported children and their families for a multitude of reasons, from navigating daily stressors to major life events and trauma. I specialize in peer and family conflict, anxiety, life transitions, trauma, ADHD, and self-esteem.
Why I Became a Therapist
I became a therapist to help others take control of their life and reach their full potential. I value giving children and adolescents tools to make their own decisions and improve their wellbeing.
What I am Passionate About

My goal as a therapist is to give people tools to feel in control and feel positive about themselves and their relationships. It can be difficult to feel a sense of control as a child, I feel passionate about helping children manage their feelings and foster a sense of control over their life in a fun and developmentally appropriate approach..
