A Note From Charlotte

Welcome! I love being a therapist because it allows me to apply my child development background to supporting families as they navigate challenges. I believe that there is a great deal of power in creating a therapeutic space for someone (especially children!).

Why I Became a Therapist

Before becoming a therapist, I enjoyed my work in early childhood education, and therefore am passionate about supporting families of young children with parenting and “tough” behaviors. Some other broad areas of work with children, teens, and adults include supporting those with ADHD/neurodivergence, anxiety disorders and OCD, and life and family transitions.

What I am Passionate About

I believe that children who are having a difficult time and showing tough behaviors are asking to be heard and understood. I aspire to create a safe therapeutic environment for everyone as I believe it is the keystone for any change. I enjoy operating from the following lenses: attachment-based, ACT/mindfulness, and CBT.
